“Standing alone on the coastline
I am overwhelmed by the vastness of the sea
It reminds me of the challenges that I have been dealt with

The fear of the unknown, of not living up to expectation
Have placed such a weight on my shoulders
That I am losing my energy

Breathing in the fresh air
And seeing the waters rise and ebb 
I finally can sense the stress leaving my body

As I watch the waves ride to the crest and tumble to the trough
It suddenly dawns on me that I have totally misunderstood this opportunity

It was never meant to doubt my ability
It is simply a chance for me to stretch my horizons
And embrace the ocean of possibilities

This realization is such a liberating feeling
Now I know….as long as I follow my heart, I can accomplish anything !”
