Cyclist captivated by little duckling, autumn. Oil on canvas 24”x30” ~ painted by Liz Eu.
“The water is so still that the reflection of the forest is so clear
I am so mesmerised by the clustered leaves with the autumn feel
She swims quietly by, but still leaves some ripples behind
It is such a beautiful sight that I can’t resist to capture it light
Abandoning my bike, I squat by the riverside
Absorbed in the moment, I am captivated by the picture-perfect site
Life’s little marvels are what we should value right
For they can easily be forgotten if we don’t cherish them tight”
