I am certified professional executive coach with over 25 years of leadership development, executive coaching and senior HR leadership experience in the Asia Pacific Japan region.
I specialise in coaching top performers and senior executive leaders in the dynamic fast pace business environment of Asia Pacific Japan region.
Passionate about Developing Others
Driven by my passion to build leadership successes in Asia Pacific Japan region, I started Anchor Strengths to put my dedicated focus into coaching and developing leadership strengths in the region.

Prior to Anchor Strengths, I was the Vice President Human Resources of Asia Pacific Japan region in a global cloud computing company.
Having been the coach, facilitator and HR partner to regional business leaders in driving business results, organization and leadership development, I offer breadth and depth to my clients.

I have coached a wide spectrum of senior leaders across functions, industries, sales and manufacturing, MNCs and private corporations, education and government bodies, countries and cultures.
My experiences include coaching regional business leaders, functional leaders of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Audit, Paralegal, IT, Manufacturing, Operations, Healthcare management, HR and Education.
My coaching clients come from various countries including Britain, Holland, New Zealand, Kuwait, Saudi Arab, Mongolia, Pakistan and all the Asian countries.

Qualifications
Building leadership successes
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I attained the Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching with the University of Texas Dallas.
I have a Master of Science in Asia Pacific Human Resource Management awarded by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Master in Professional Education awarded by the Nanyang Technological University and National Institute of Education (NTU-NIE).
I serve as a Coach in leadership development programs. I also volunteer in the NUS Business School Alumni programs to develop our alumni and community.
I am a certified practitioner of the Hogan Assessment Systems, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC and the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) tools.
